Blastoff Launch Delay

Breaking news, blastoff fans… Pre-Paid Legel exec Randy Moore just sent out a pair of emails to all PPL Associates with bad news… Unfortunately there has been some sort of technical difficulty with the email system that will stop Blastoff from sending out on time… In order to avoid too many SPAM complaints. Here is the text of the two emails:

Hello Pre-Paid Legal Associates,

We have seen your excitement and efforts build towards the
Blastoff launch and are incredibly excited to see success
from this program! We are now anticipating millions of
email invitations going out on the first day! The world
will soon know about Pre-Paid Legal in a way never before
seen in more than three decades! Thanks to our partnership
with Blastoff, we see an opportunity to truly reach the
masses with the Pre-Paid Legal message, perhaps for the
first time in history. Blastoff is currently working night
and day to communicate with the main webmail services across
the US to make them aware of the email volume to come, and
keep all Blastoff members using the invitation service
provided SPAM compliant. Blastoff needs a little more time
to secure this effort. Due to this, we are postponing the launch.

We know you are anxious to hit the ground running (and so
are we, and so is Blastoff) but we want to take the appropriate
precautions for lasting success – which includes remaining
SPAM compliant.

What this means for you is that Blastoff will NOT launch on
Monday. They simply need more time. We anticipate being able
to announce a new launch date very soon and don’t expect it.

We realize this announcement may be discouraging for some, but
rest assured that while this delay was not anticipated or desired
by anyone at Pre-Paid Legal or Blastoff, we both believe it’s
the best course of action to ensure the compliance necessary
to continue doing business into the future.

Regarding the Blastoff delay announcement:

We anticipate being able to announce a new launch date very
soon and don’t expect the launch to be more than a week away.

We are being told to watch an internal PPL page for news of the new date, you can be assured that we’ll let you all know here. Until then, try to look at this as good news… Surely you haven’t done everything possible to gather every last email address or rank for every keyword you want online, have you?

Well here’s some extra time and we’ll be sure to put it to good use. #1 in Google, here we come…
