Fix for Blastoff My Network Problem
Wow, we are still reeling from all that traffic over at blastoffnetwork.com last night… It caused lots of delay for everyone, but we are hearing (and experiencing) issues that are not directly related to the traffic itself.
For instance, it was very frustrating last night for us here when we kept trying to get into Blastoff’s “my network” section and could not do so. Some of you even told us that you’ve joined Blastoff through our link here, but there was no way to view our downlines, and we thought that was an issue with traffic.
Luckily, it was not. We can see our downline now, at least one level of it, and that part of the server is moving very quickly… There is just a trick to getting back there. (One that I know they will resolve once their help desk gets flooded with more fix requests for it.)
To get through to your Blastoff backend, the “My Network” and “My Rewards” sections, simply log into your Blastoff account and go to the “Account Settings” link underneath them (at the bottom of your Orange panel) and once inside, simply
click the “Save Changes” button. This only needs to be done once per account.
I know it sounds hokey, but the fact is that Blastoff has done something recently that requires everyone to re-save their account settings before seeing their referrals and rewards. If your account is brand new this probably doesn’t apply to you, although we can’t say for sure.
The fix even carries over to new computers, so you don’t have to do this again on your laptop or at the office if you did it at home.
